Can I use frames I already own?
That’s what we specialize in. Bring them along so we can review their suitability, or read which frames we accept before visiting.
Can I drop off an online order?
Yes. Bring your frames and online order number to our Port Moody store during open hours. You can also collect your glasses here when they’re ready.
How long does lens replacement take?
Allow 3–8 business days from the time we receive your frames, depending on the lenses. Our team can discuss the timing for your order.
What if I’m not nearby?
You can order online and use our mail-in lens replacement service. See our shipping information for customers in Canada and the USA.
