I have an identical frame for a second pair of identical lenses that I will send to you so that I have a back up pair of glasses for travel. Thanks again. Great service.
Liked the tracking of glasses. When I put them on they were perfect.
Very good experience. Clear instructions, efficient service.
I am very satisfied with my purchase. The glasses only took two weeks from the time I shipped them. Excellent!
still waiting, maybe tomorrow...lol...
Lens darker than previous, getting used to them. Although asked for my case to be returned, I would have appreciated a new cleaning cloth.
There are numbers and symbols written in the lens. They don't seem to matter when I'm wearing them, but it's strange.
Also, I didn't realize how heavy the prescription was going to be. Not sure now how much I'll actually wear them.
I arranged to keep my frames and send old lenses to be copied with a new prescription, then I would come in (I live in the same city) and get the new lenses installed in my old frames that I wanted to keep. When the lenses came back I got an email telling me they were being sent to me. I emailed back saying that was a mistake, they were supposed to be held for me to show up and get them installed in my frames. I was told it was too late they had already been mailed. Later that same day I was told there had been a mistake and they actually still had my lenses. I thought I would go out the next day but delayed, and good thing because that evening I got another email saying that in fact the lenses had been mailed. Fine. I waited and waited. When they didn't show up in a week I asked what was going on and was told to check with Canada Post. I had to send them a screenshot of what Canada Post was telling me to have them believe the lenses had not even been received by Canada Post. Then I got another email saying that there had been a mistake (another!) and the lenses had actually not been sent after all. I got them to send me the lenses and I installed them myself, not wanting to go anywhere near that enterprise. I have no idea how they can operate as a business with that level of incompetency.
