Cant say enough about this company and their service. I sent off my glasses for the lens change only to realize that I forgot to put my question sheet in the package. I reached out to them by email and I got a reply right away saying they would watch for the glasses. Within a couple of days I received confirmation that they did receive them and were working on them. I got my glasses back last week and they are wonderful, actually better than my current glasses I have been wearing. Its so nice to be able to reuse my past frames and not have multiple glasses sitting in my drawer with the wrong prescription. The cost is so much better with them than going to the stores who are obviously marking up the cost so you buy a full package.

We have ordered three times and will be back for more. Glasses are perfect, and I can see better than I can with my $700 ones.
