un focused top left and bottom bifocal right

i cant say i line them the top left eye is blurry and the bifocal on the Right eye.
i have been trying to use them but it is very hard and i am getting head Pain.
i am looking at a separate pair from your company and if there different when i receive them i will send these back for s reset.
if they are the same i will go back to my Optometrist. please advise me on this matter.
