Excellant service. I got the Essilor Computer glasses with blue light blocker and UV400 protection. My eyes as less stressed with these new glasses and reading is a lot clearer.
I felt fine when looking at a computer, but off when walking away
I would give zero stars if that was an option. No one replies to email. Your chat is a joke, every time I use it the ai ends up alerting a human, who never comes on to the chat. I have called twice over the past 3 weeks, both times the person I spoke with said they will get back to me in a couple of days, both times this did not happen. The computer lenses I ordered to work at a distance of 20” but they only work at 27”. If you put the old and new lenses side by side you can see right away how much weaker the new lenses are. Come on, you are an online service. What good is an online service that is so terrible at communicating? These are by far the most expensive lenses I have ever bought. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in decades. Just like your email, chat, and phone calls, I’m expecting this very important customer feedback to be ignored.
Glasses limited to computer.
As your order states, you have ordered computer lenses. The lenses are limited to computer vision correction. We don't undrestand why you have given us a 1 star review when we have provded you exactly what you have ordered. Please contact our customer service to see how we can help to solve the issue.
I wanted glasses for computer use but because I didn't provide the "ADD" they made lenses for distance. Who uses a computer at a distance? They didn't question my choice.
