They did a terrific job with frames I already had and loved. They provided all the information I needed to make sure I got a perfect fit and optical correction without physically being in a retail store.
Love my new glasses. Good quality progressive office lenses. Will definitely use again! Thank you Dr. Lens Change.
Good quality lenses. No adjustments needed. Will come back for sure
Quick and convenient process. Lenses seem fine so far.
I have always used bifocal for this type of prescription and these are progressive which I am taking time to adjust to.
The one big drawback of not getting glasses made through your optometrist is that when there is a problem with the prescription there's not much you can do about it. Everything about my new computer glasses is perfect except I can't see the computer! There seems to be very little difference between the reading distance and mid distance. I don't know if it is a problem with the lenses or with my prescription. I was so happy to use my own frame which fits so well but the trade off is that my new glasses only work well for reading. The service at Dr. Lenschange is excellent but if I had paid the bucks to my optometrist I could have taken the glasses back to them and whatever the issue is, they would have fixed it for me. It's the drawback of on-line service from a company on the opposite side of the country I guess.
