Excellent communication and customer service.
Perfect outcome. Great price, about 1/3 of the quotes I was given locally.
It takes about 1 month for the order to be completed. Not an issue for me but it may be for someone who is dependent on glasses and does not have a second pair. Overall, very happy, and will definitely use services again.

Tried this company for the first time. Used my own frame. Arrived in a timely manner. So pleased with the lenses. All 3 sites are clear, no distortion , nice wide corridors, the transitions are perfect. Will use this company again. Wish u had more and better frames to choose from , that’s my only hiccup. EXCELLENT SERVICE

There's nothing better than this service if you aren't looking to spend tons of money every time your prescription changes. They send me a free shipping label, I ship them my old glasses, they swap out my existing prescription for the new and ship them back to me. The whole process is 90% less the cost of getting new glasses. They do in fact offer all the options for new specs but I use them for a simple swap to keep my existing frames.
