My frames with new lenses arrived yesterday (19 Dec 23) and have been returned today (20 Dec 23). After putting them on I immediately knew there was a serious problem - the right lens was excellent but the left lens appeared to be from another persons prescription or was totally uncalibrated. I contacted Dr. Lens Change immediately and they responded within the hour. I was sent another mailing label and the glasses were back in the Post shortly after noon hour AST today. I’m hoping I will be able to give Dr. Lens Change a 5 Star rating when the glasses (lenses) are properly fashioned and returned to me. I suspect I will be caught up in the seasonal holidays and won’t see the results until early in the New Year. Stay tuned for my 2nd report. Merry Christmas everyone. Jim - Dartmouth NS

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lens Change. The service was smooth, professional, and the quality of the lenses exceeded my expectations. Everything fit perfectly and the final result was great.
The only downside was the delivery time, which was a bit longer than expected. However, the quality of the work made it worth the wait. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to others.
